the stories that happened yesterday
Hehe...finally back to post about the recent events...
22nd Nov(last Wednesday)
Went ice-skating with Jocelyn,Fabian and YiTeng(Jocelyn's primary school friend).Before that,I went to the library to return my books.I FOUND THE SECOND SEQUEL TO ANNE OF GREEN GABLES!!!The sequel is called Anne of Avonlea.Nice book=)
Anyway,back to the topic,I thought I would be late(as usual),turned out I am the earliest!Yay me!I was supposed to meet Fabian first and then wait for YiTeng's parents to pick us up along with YiTeng and Jocelyn.[Fabian:YOU WERE LATE FOR 9 MINS!!!I DON'T CARE!!!]
In the car,all 4 of us were cramed in the backseat.Had difficulty closing the car door.It was a long journey to Fugi Ice Palace,Jurong,but we had fun in the car,fooling around and making fun of Fabian's 'laggy-parkinson-disease' and 'windows 98 movements'.
Reached there at around 12+ to 1pm.Had a little conflict on deciding on which 'package' entrance charge to choose,but we still decided eventually(of course we chose the cheapest one...)
I enjoyed and always will enjoy ice-skating!That was the first time that i went ice-skating and it was fun fun FUN!The only problem with me is that,embarrassing things or should I say doings always seem to dawn on me...
1st embarrassing incident:I didn't bring socks and I wasn't wearing any socks either as I wasn't wearing sports shoes!I didn't know that we had to wear socks when wearing ice skates,and the others didn't tell me...grrr!I had to waste $2.50 to buy a pair of socks at the cafe...rotten luck..=(
2nd embarrassing incident:I had no idea how to tie my skates' laces and had to get some help from Jocelyn,Fabian and YiTeng.Before that,I tangled my laces-_-
3rd embarrassing incident:Can't remember whether it was on the first or second round,I did a 'falling-stunt/dance' by accident,flinging my arms around like a fool and screaming like a mad woman,but the strange thing was,I didn't fall...
4th embarrassing incident:It was a long while since the people at the skating rink resurfaced the ice,the water on the surface of the ice made the ice super slippery.I was skating along and suddenly I tripped over the skates of the guy in front of me.I guess you would have guessed the result...I did the 'falling-stunt/dance' again and I finally fell after several failed attempts to steady myself.Fell on my knees and skidded on the ice into a 'pond'.The silly thing that I did was,I didn't stand up straight after I fell,I still remained on my knees in the 'pond',placing my gloved-hands into the 'pond' and playing with the water like a retard...unfortunately,Jocelyn saw what I was doing from behind and started laughing at me.People around gave me a weird look like I was a weird being from outer-space.Hais...Funny thing was,it was fun being wet after the fall,but I was freezing...
After 6 hours of skating,we finally left.YiTeng's parents fetched us and brought Fabian and me to Tampines mrt station.On the car ride back,YiTeng and Jocelyn kept laughing about who-knows-what and Fabian's 'laggy-parkinson-disease' and 'windows 98 movements' acted up again.I was the only normal one in the backseat=)Reached home at 7.35pm,my knees are bruised due to the fall(I have two HUGE blue-blacks on my knees)and I have blisters on my feet,but nevertheless I still had fun!

24th Nov(last Friday)-rated as the worst day of the month
Went to PRCS and a series of bad events happened there.PRSS Choir....went off tune,sang the wrong keys,forgot the lyrics of the song(guess we didn't really memorise the scores clearly) and didn't even manage to finish singing the entire piece!Don't want to elaborate on about that day...still very sad and disappointed over that incident...=( That's the worst day of the month...25th Nov(last Saturday) Watched Happy Feet with SC.Nice and cute movie!Mamble is such a cuteeeeeeee penguin!"Hey!I hear somebody wanting something....ME!"adapted from a speech from one of the Amigoes(spelling?)

Good news!Ms Lye didn't scold us!Yay!But I'm still feeling disappointed about that day...

Anne of Green Gables(by L.M. Montgomery) is a nice book!The sequels are equally nice!Must try reading it someday if you haven't,and Melissa,it's not boring!
Oh well,this day's done and there's a new one coming tomorrow,with no mistakes in it yet,so I might as well just look forward to the days coming!
